Assault on the pastor or platform disruption

CCMS-SEC-SOP-001 §10.3

Most of these are loud, not lethal. Some are the first second of something lethal. You will not know which in the first two seconds. The pastor overwatch already has a path.

    Pastor overwatch moves first: body on the pastor, off the platform, toward cover. Do not stay to argue theology with the interrupter.

    A second team member isolates the person if they are not an imminent deadly threat — words, space, empty hands, a quiet room.

  3. 3

    AV: cut the house mics if the disruption is the show. Do not livestream a fight.

  4. 4

    If a weapon appears, this is the active-killer tree. Say it.

Do not

  • Do not form a circle of deacons around a man with a knife 'to pray with him.'
  • Do not leave the children uncovered while everyone sprints to the stage.
